Privacy policy

The directory is public data. Provider names, specialties, addresses, and phone numbers shown on this site come from the NPPES public registry published by CMS, plus information that practices add when they claim their own profiles. Browsing the directory requires no account, and this site runs no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

Booking requires an account. When you book through an AI assistant, you create an openTeladoc account and approve access via OAuth. We store the minimum needed to make the booking work: your name, email, sign-in credentials, and the appointments you hold or confirm. Your assistant only gets the scoped permissions you approve (reading providers, reading your bookings, booking on your explicit confirmation) and you can revoke them at any time from your assistant's connector settings.

Appointments go to your practice. When you confirm a booking, the appointment details are sent to the practice or health system you chose, where they are handled under that practice's own privacy notice, as with any appointment you book by phone.

What we never do: we do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the practice you book with and the service providers that host our infrastructure.
